This is what meditation is all about:
Meditation is a practice of awareness and deep introspection.
It has been a part of human culture and spirituality for thousands of years, especially in ancient Indian traditions where it was used for self-realization, healing, and connecting with the universe.
For me, meditation is about finding my gut feelings—and aligning with my deeper energy, often connected to the chakra system.
I’ve meditated for many years.
I started before my burnout in 2015, but it became a daily practice after that and even more important following a serious injury.
You can find many explanations of meditation online.
But I don’t want to give you a theory. I want to show you a practical example.
Many have heard of mindfulness. Meditation can be one part of that, but it’s often misunderstood.
For me, meditation is not about sitting in a lotus position.
It’s about using a simple method that brings clarity—whether you’re trying to change your life or build a better business.
Meditation as a tool for change. This is how you do it:
Meditation helps you move forward in life.
It helps you stay on a path that feels right, not just one that looks good on paper.
If you want a meditation that brings focus, here’s how I recommend doing it:
Start with paper and a pen
What shows up during meditation (gut feelings, emotions, and thoughts) should be written down immediately after.
Meditation and the chakras in the stomach
The chakra system comes from Indian spiritual traditions. There are seven main chakras, and two of them are located in the stomach region:
The sacral chakra (Svadhisthana)
Located below the navel, this chakra governs emotions, creativity, and relationships.
When balanced, it brings emotional stability and a sense of joy.
When blocked, it can show up as mood swings, emotional numbness, or lack of motivation.
The solar plexus chakra (Manipura)
Located above the navel, this chakra relates to personal power, confidence, and decision-making.
When balanced, it creates strength and inner clarity.
When imbalanced, it can cause self-doubt, fear, or even digestive problems.
Gut feelings and intuition
The stomach is often called the “second brain.”
It contains a large network of nerves connected to your emotions.
That’s why we feel things in our gut—tightness, knots, warmth, lightness, before we even have the words to describe them.
Meditation helps you become more sensitive to these feelings, and that gives you clarity.
When you focus on the stomach chakras in meditation, you may notice blockages or imbalances. Recognizing them is the first step to releasing them.
How to meditate with focus on the stomach chakras
Prepare
- Sit in a calm space. No phone. Leave it in another room.
- Have clean paper and a pen. Not a notebook—just a single sheet.
Start
- Sit comfortably with a straight spine.
- Close your eyes and breathe deeply for at least 1–2 minutes.
- Inhale into the stomach area. Exhale and let go of tension.
- Stay with the breath. Continue until you feel calm.
Use mantras or questions
Repeat questions like:
- “Why do I want to guide [name of your dream clients] to solve their problem?”
- “What is my number one core value, and why does it matter so much to me?”
Reflect
Pay close attention to what’s happening in your stomach.
What emotions or sensations come up?
Come back to presence
After 10 minutes, slowly return.
Now do this:
- Write down everything you felt in your stomach.
- Date the paper.
- Go for a 30-minute walk with no phone. Let it all sink in.
When you return, look at the paper. If anything new comes to you, write it down on the back. Add the date again.
The next day
Read what you wrote again.
If more insights come, add them—always with the date first. Then go for another walk. Just walk with your thoughts.
Repeat the process over three days
On the third day, use a new piece of paper.
Repeat everything exactly the same.
After a week, you’ll have two full sheets of notes.
Now look at them together and read through what you wrote.
Make a summary into one sheet.
How I can support you
If you’d like, you can send me photos of both sides of the papers.
You can also send short voice messages during the process.
From there, I’ll guide you to the next step.
You’ll receive three new meditations, with similar reflection tasks—without stress or rush.
We’re not speeding through anything.
We’re building something meaningful.
In some weeks I will have enough from you, and then is when I start writing your copy based on what you gave me.
