My goal in writing this book is to help others find balance in life.

 

This book is completely free, and I'm self-publishing it here on this website — because I want it to reach as many people as possible, especially those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a change.

The original title of the book was:
Follow your dreams – you only have one life.

Then it came to me that the book was about the entire journey to Calabria.

Eventually, everything fell into place!

The final title became:
FROM BURNOUT TO BALANCE — GUIDED BY MY TRUE VALUES

Writing this book has been a wonderful experience!

Everything I’ve learned along the way, all the mistakes I’ve made, the inner work I’ve done, and the people who have supported me through this process — it has all led to this moment, where I now feel ready to publish.

Many of the people I’ve spoken with, and what I’ve come to understand, is that a lot of people feel their lives are out of balance. They don’t have what they dream of.

I’ve been there too.

I’ve also heard people say: “I need to find my passion.”

But based on my own experiences, what I’ve learned, and how I see things today, I believe that “finding your passion” is completely the wrong path.

We humans are capable of achieving what we want — but to get there, it’s essential to discover our core values.

Once we do that, everything starts to shift.

And that, at its heart, is what this book is about.

My starting point was burnout, and from there, step by step, I found my core values.

But the journey actually began many, many years earlier.

As a child, I was curious about life and wanted to explore.

We all have that in us — that curiosity — and that’s where it should begin.

I hope you’ll take the time to read the whole book, because it may very well give you the tools to find your own balance in life. 

To become the person you dream of being, and to create everything you truly desire. 

And yes, I mean everything!
